Coda

When you're in the assessment process, undoubtedly, you should push youself forward and perform how you are outstanding. But in a group discussion, teamwork should be ragraded as first. Individuals try one's best to contribute to the team through thinking up ideas, promoting the gress, organizing the discussion and so on. If someone insist on his own performance, he may break the order of discussing and screw it up.

I have to admit that I'm less qualified to a leader in group discussions. But I always can make own contribution to my team by various means. Thanks to all the cooperative teammates and leader I met.
